WORKSHOP TOPIC
Transactional Analysis and feelings
An examination of feelings and ego states with a particular emphasis on anger. What is anger, what is chronic anger and what you can do about it. Scare and sadness and what to do about them using transactions internally and with others. What are your rackets and real feelings, Experiential exercises will be provided for participants to work out their rackets. What are the life script messages that people can have with their feelings? How does this effect the process of normal feeling and thus the development of racket feelings.
Transactional Analysis and relationships
Tony will be teaching on symbiosis, transactions and relationships, attachment and separation. How this occurs between parents and children and husbands and wives. The process of bond formation and how the bond between people changes over time. For example what happens in the 'Honeymoon' stage of a relationship and what that develops into over time. What happens to an attachment when someone dies? What style of attachment do you have, secure, ambivalent or insecure. How do children form bonds with their parents and what is the best way for parents to manage the bonding and separation that their children will do.
